| Buyer's Agreement Lovecross Unique Gifts & Bath Shoppe wants you to be completly satisfied with your purchase so we have set up the following Buyer's Agreement for all of our new & returning customers. Please read carefully before making any purchases as any purchase will constitute agreement of these terms. |

| Your purchase: Your purchase is very important to us as we want you to be completly satisfied with your order. We require that if you are unhappy with your purchase that you 1st contact us by phone, mail or email explaining what the problem is. After we have been contacted by you we will begin the following steps to try to resolve the complaint. Complaint Process: You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to qualify for any of the following. No refund or replacement will be be given after 30 days from the date of purchase. After we have been notified of a complaint we will try within our power to correct the problem. Our 1st attempt will be to replace the item free of charge. If this is a large item we may ask that shipping charges be paid but we will assess each order to determine if new shipping charges will be incured. We do not give refunds except in very rare cases where we are completly at fault (wrong item sent, poor packaging etc...) We pride ourselves in assuring that your items are made to your specifications at the time of your order and that it is well packaged. Please note that we are not responsible for damage done by postal/delivery services. If it will not be benefical to replace due to high shipping fees charged to the customer we will offer a "store credit" for up to 90 days from time of complaint to purchase different item(s). You will be charged shipping and handeling fees. If damage is due to postal or delivery services you will be given a claim form to fill out and it will be processed according to their policies. We will not issue refunds due to postal or delivery services fault. UPS and FedEx has insurance included but postal is extra and we strongly recommend that insurance be taken. On-line store purchases will include insurance-auctions do not and have to be added to your invoice. No refunds will be given if you did not take insurance on your items thru any of our auction sites. If we are at fault (this will be determined by the owner) we will issue a refund less shipping and handeling fees . If you simply are not satisfied we will ask that you return the item(s) to us. If item is damaged beyond repair or return we will not ask that you send back to us and we will refund less our S&H charge. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 weeks and any charge made to a credit card will not be refunded-we will refund in way of a money order or business check via postal service. Exception is a paypal purchase may be refunded through paypal. This will be at the discretion of the owner. Auction Purchases: We will not refund or replace if a negative feedback is given or you do not make contact with us 1st. We take very seriously negative feedbacks and ask that you contact us 1st with your complaint so that we may resolve all issues involved. If negative feedback is left 1st or after our best attempt to correct the problem we reserve the right to leave negative feedback in return. We do not leave negative feedback except on rare ocassions and ask that you do not leave us one either. Do not bid on an item and then say you will not pay because you do not agree to our shipping terms. We will not tolerate this and Non Paying Bidder reports will be filed. Shipping and Handeling: The majority of our on-line purchases and auction items have a set shipping price which includes packing materials and handeling charges. A paypal invoice will be sent to you after you make your purchase. We ship one to two times per week depending on our product load. All bath and body, fragrance products are made at the time of your order and take time depending on how many orders are ahead of yours. Please ask us if you have a time limit so we can try to accomodate you. Some items may have to be specially ordered and can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Otherwise the normal delivery time is approx 1-2 weeks. Payment Options: We offer the following payment options to you: Personal check (1-2 weeks for check to clear your bank), money order/cashier's check, credit card as we have a terminal in our store, and paypal. If you are going to send payment in please do so within 14 days of purchase or your order will be cancelled. Auction payments must be made within 7 days from date of closing or other arrangements made with us. We truly want you to have a good buying experience with us. |
